4. Google Maps
This website uses the Google Maps mapping service. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Maps is only integrated after your active consent via our cookie banner (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Without your consent, no connection to Google servers is established. Instead, a link to Google Maps is displayed.

5. Online Appointment Booking Augsburg
For appointments at our Augsburg practice we offer online booking. Our contractual partner and processor is thevea GmbH, Berthold-Beitz-Boulevard 514, 45141 Essen, Germany. The booking window is technically operated by opta data digital communication GmbH (same address) as a sub-processor. The booking window is only loaded once you click the "Book appointment in Augsburg" button. Before that click, no connection to the provider's servers is established.
When the booking opens, your IP address and technical connection data are transmitted to the provider. The data you enter in the booking window (including name, contact details, preferred appointment) is processed by us to arrange and carry out the appointment (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, Art. 9 (2) (h) GDPR). Processing is based on a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR; the service providers involved are bound to confidentiality under sec. 203 of the German Criminal Code.
